Shipping Information:

Generally, orders are shipped out within one day. Weekend orders are shipped on Monday. Orders are shipped, with confidence, via UPS ground service. We will send you an email with your tracking number and estimated time of arrival when we process your order. In the unlikely event that any damage occurs during transit we will immediately ship out replacement product at no charge to the customer. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied, please, contact us so we can make things right.

We Only Ship to the Lower 48 United States

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, AFO, AK, HI, Virgin Islands, or Puerto Rico. We only ship to the lower 48 United States and UPS uses ground service to those addresses. A full street address is needed to ship your order. Thank you in advance for supplying us with a correct street address.

Damaged Orders

If damage is discovered upon receipt of your order contact us immediately and we will send out a replacement order right away. Please, keep everything including the boxes, product, and packing materials. UPS policy is to have the customer keep everything for five business days for inspection. If we are notified of any damage from UPS during transit we will replace your order immediately.



Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If you are unhappy with any of our products simply return the unused portion for a full refund (minus shipping).

Damaged products will be replaced at no charge.

If we make a mistake in your order we will make it right at no cost to the customer.
